We collect standard server logs (IP addresses, user agents) to maintain security. Furthermore, our Model Context Protocol (MCP) and API endpoints strictly log all incoming queries and outgoing responses, along with timestamps and IP addresses, to prevent abuse and monitor system performance.
Public Data Exposure & Reusability
Please be aware that any data, queries, documents, or information you enter or upload into this system may be visible to other users, stored in a shared database, and reused by the system to train or inform future models and queries. Do not enter or upload any personally identifiable information (PII), copyrighted data you do not own or have rights to use, or any other sensitive or confidential information. Because this platform is fundamentally designed for collaborative scholarly inquiry and AI analysis, others may be able to access the information you provide.
Third-Party Processing
Queries, prompts, and uploaded documents are transmitted to third-party Large Language Model (LLM) providers (such as OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, and xAI) for processing. By using this system, you acknowledge that your data will be subject to the respective privacy policies and terms of service of these third-party providers.

Terms of Use & Fair Use
By using AI Roundtables and the Lessons Learned systems, you agree to these Terms of Use. Our platform is designed for research, problem-solving, and scholarly inquiry.
Scholarly Fair Use
The data extraction and semantic search capabilities utilized in our Lessons Learned system operate under the principles of scholarly fair use. Data extracted from published papers is used strictly for AI/ML research and transformative analysis. Proper attribution to the original paper authors must be maintained when citing outputs from this system.
Prohibition of Misuse
You agree not to use this system to generate illegal, harmful, or misleading content. You must possess the legal right to upload any documents (e.g., PDFs) to our servers. We reserve the right to terminate access, block IP addresses, and permanently delete any records, queries, or uploaded documents that violate these terms or pose a legal/ethical risk, at our sole discretion.
AI Unreliability & No Warranty
This platform relies heavily on artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) models to generate content, analyze documents, and facilitate expert discussions. While we have done our absolute best to combine advanced AI tools to make the outputs as accurate and helpful as possible, there is no guarantee that these systems will produce the best, correct, or safe answers.
AI can be unpredictable and unreliable, occasionally producing factually incorrect statements. Therefore, this system is provided strictly for informational and support purposes only. We provide no warranties—express or implied—regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any outputs generated by this site.
Human oversight is mandatory. You must independently inspect and verify all outputs generated by this system. You agree that you will not make any critical, financial, medical, legal, or business decisions based solely on the outputs of this platform.
